These are only a handful of challenges the Digital Transformation Team at Sonic is focusing on.

Together with expert business partners and our in-house team of Product Owners we’re building a futureproof, global ecosystem of digital tools.

What are you going to do?

As a Product Owner Digital, you’re part of the Digital Transformation Team. In this role you strive to build a frictionless customer experience for resellers and end-customers.

Develop and manage the digital product roadmap together with the team
Lead digital projects: e.g. digital service and sales tools; CRM roll-out and optimizations; technical integration of the digital landscape; dashboarding.
Act as a digital change agent by actively coaching and communicating with internal users
Identify and explore growth opportunities based on customer behavior
Prioritize the backlog and coordinate with our implementation partners
Build a set of KPIs to measure performance

You report to the Digital Transformation Manager.

What is on your CV?

A Bachelor or Master’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Product Owner or in a related role at an agency and/or global brand
IT & data savvy
Strong analytical skills
Hands-on mentality and self-starter
Able to cope with working in a fast-paced international environment.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required (verbally and writing).
