Our global support team consists of 8 people, you included. Together with one other colleague you are responsible for the entire support process for our French entity. You advise our customers on their purchase, handle and process their orders, answer all their questions and if necessary, resolve any issues. With a customer oriented approach you ensure the customers’ happiness.
