Sonic is a fast growing and ambitious company with big plans for the future. In recent years we have been able to attract many new customers, partners and fans. In 2022 we opened our newest office in France. Are you a passionate, customer oriented professional experienced in customer support and order management? Do you want to make a real impact and contribute to the successful expansion of Sonic to France? Are you fluent in French and English, proficient in Dutch or intrinsically motivated to learn Dutch? Our global support team consists of 8 people, you included. Together with one other colleague you are responsible for the entire support process for our French entity. You advise our customers on their purchase, handle and process their orders, answer all their questions and  if necessary, resolve any issues.  With a customer oriented approach you ensure the customers’ happiness.

What are you going to do? 

  • Handling and processing sales orders from France
  • Administrative activities, such as stock changes, credit checks, handling transport matters and warranty claims
  • Working closely with our French sales department to achieve growth in market share and create happy customers
  • Make sure all incoming e-mails and phone calls are handled timely and professionally
  • Making impact in a new market, where the brand already gained brand awareness over the past 17 years
What is on your CV?
  • A administrative or commercial education at MBO+ level, or at least two years of professional experience in a similar function
  • Fluent in French & English, proficient in Dutch or intrinsically motivated to learn Dutch(German is a plus).
  • Technical knowledge and/or affinity with tools is an advantage
  • Proficient in using MS Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • An excellent team player who takes initiative and shows enthusiasm
  • A customer oriented approach and excellent communication skills
  • High sense of responsibility
